CVC Credit

Stark Group is a case study given out by CVC Credit, the credit division of CVC Capital Partners. The credit division consists of both a public and private team, and the Stark Group was given by the direct lending group within the private credit investment team.

This case study is meant to gauge your ability to construct a simplified model from a pre-made template and write a brief investment memo from the perspective of a credit investor. Included in the materials is the aforementioned model template and a detailed overview of the Stark Group. The overview has a summary term sheet on page 12 for the credit vehicles (Revolving Credit Facility and Term Loan B) that you could potentially invest in.
