Overview
Aero Harbor is a case study given out by HIG.
The case is built around the standard three statement LBO model, however, it includes a few additional elements to challenge the candidate. Specifically, it tests the candidate's ability to create IRR/MOIC sensitivity tables based off of drivers that aren't entry/exit multiples.
While the case isn't focused on making the candidate formulate their own projection figures (those are provided) it does expect them to be able to show the financial impact of downside results through a toggle.
