Aptitude Teaser is a case study given out by Vector Capital.

This case study features a teaser for a fictional company within the talent management software space and asks the candidate to conduct a brief analysis and provide an overview of the opportunity.

Given that this case only provides 60 minutes to review the opportunity, the candidate will need to quickly put together a basic LBO model and investment overview that highlights the most saliant points. Although this case does not specify if it should be completed via an Excel and Word document or by hand, a candidate should practice both methods as the case could be administered either method.
